• Winners will be selected by random drawing, and notified on the 1st of each month.

• Only one entry per company/household per month is allowed.

• The entry must be filled out completely.

• Incomplete entries (such as using initials instead of a full name, or leaving out the zip code) or multiple entries within the same month will be disqualified.

• All information submitted here is kept confidential.

• If you are a contest winner, we will show your name and city/state only.
